Time for another challenge over at SVG Cutting Files, and the theme this month is "Make a treat for someone". Since it is Halloween time and I need lots of treats to give away I went with that. I used the Halloween Tags from SVG Cutting Files and cut them out of vinyl that made them very easy to stick to this little pails from Target. I cut them at 2.5". Get these fun tags here.
