Happy Birthday Dragon

So I am lucky to be the guest designer over at Die Cuttin Divas today, make sure to check them out here.  The theme for the day was dragon, I knew exactly what I wanted to use for it.  I just love this little guy!  He is from the Silhouette store from Doodlebug designs.  I added the hat from another file.
