Tote Purse

Here is another little tote purse that was so easy to make.  It is from the Tags Bags Boxes and More cricut cartridge and the Art Philosophy cartridge.

Christmas Tree Gift Bags

I made these boxes in my gypsy. The box is from TBBM at 9", the oval is from George at 3.08" and the tree is from Christmas cheer at 3.12" all welded together, the tree overlaps just enough to make it part of the box. The paper is from American Crafts. The tags are stamps and punches from SU.

Purse

I love 3D items, there is just something fun about a cute little box or bag or whatever to hold things. I am entering this in the challenge at My Craft Spot, which is to make a 3D item. I am so glad Kimberly added more time to the deadline, I was out of town and I could not figure out how to do this all on my Iphone. I cut this purse on a 12x24 mat and hit fit to page (11.5"). I then took the purse off the mat but left the outside and put my designer paper where I wanted it to be I then took off the outside of the purse and then cut it again on the designer paper. I did trim the edges a little so there would be a border, inked all the edges and glued together. The butterfly was hand cut out of the designer paper, and the wings are popped up.

Flower tag

I cut this tag from tags bags boxes and more at 41/2" with it's shadow. The paper is Teresa Collins. The grey ribbon is stampin up the white crinkle ribbon is from My Craft Spot. The flower was made by cutting varying sizes of organza squares and cutting slits into each side then running the edges through the flame of a candle to make them curl. Then I layered them on top of each other and secured with a brad, glued the gem in the center with glossy accents and sprinkled with glitter. Glued the flower to a felt circle with hot glue then glued a barrette to the felt. I cut the scallop circle from Mini monograms at 3" and cut 2 slits about 3/4 " long for barrette to go through. Put pop dots on either side of the slits and glued down. So the flower can come off and be used.
