Good Luck Card

Here is another card made with my Cricut Explore.  I put all the cuts on foam tape.

    Definitely a Fabulous and fun card I love hot air balloons and girl you did an outstanding creative job with your little scene. Love the papers you chose and the colors. Super awesome card!!
