It is hard to believe that October is half over! Yikes, where did it go? Starting to think about Thanksgiving and Christmas. For my project today I made some name place cards for the Thanksgiving table. These were made with the new Paper Doll Indians that will be released this Friday at SVG Cutting Files. Since I was making so many of these, I did a print and cut. I absolutely love that you can do this so easily with these files.
I made a rounded rectangle at 2"x4" and did an internal offset. I filled the large one with a patterned paper and the offset with a cream paper and did another internal offset to make the dashed line. The largest of the dolls is 4" when put together, I grouped the doll and rectangle together and did another offset, and that was my cut line. To make the place cards stand, I cut a 4x4 square and folded in half and then glued it to the back of the rectangle.
Oh, these are just adorable!! I love the images!! They look fabulous!! What fun Thanksgiving placeholders!! Have a great day :)
