I just love Hello Kitty, she is so sweet and cute! This is a little fairy Kitty and she is so quick and easy to make. I printed all the papers and cut her wings and glow part of the wand out of vellum and then outlined the wings and filled the wand glow with stickles.
I added little gems to the stars of the stamp. The stamp is from the Sweet Birthday Wishes stamp set from Jaded Blossom. The twine is Posy from My Craft Spot.
