I saw a card like this in the Silhouette store, and thought I can make that with my Tiny Banners & Toppers Dies from My Craft Spot, so I did!
The flags were cut out with the Tiny Banners & Toppers Dies and then I punched holes in them for the Cherry Red twine to go through also from My Craft Spot. They are on one thickness of foam tape. The letters were cut out wit the Small alphabet Metal Dies from My Craft Spot, and then covered with glossy accents.
The sentiments are stamped from the Birthday Wishes stamp set from My Craft Spot.
