This is a brand new cut file from svg cutting files. You can get it here. They just released a few new files related to ballet. The card base is also from svgcutting files.
The flower was cut with a die and the edges inked and I added stickles. The tag was hand cut and the stamp is from the Happily Ever After stamp set from My Craft Spot.
I absolutely love this!! I collect ballerinas and this one is so beautiful!! Love the papers and design!! What a fabulous card!! Happy Friday :)
