I went to the store and bought more of this paper, I just love it. The sentiment is from the computer all the edges are inked and lots of pop dots here, the boat is popped up the outer wave is on double pop dots.
Stickles are added to the yellow dots on the sails. I made this with Sue, she is so amazing.
