Special Delivery card

The pocket on this card is 4" x 4" when you add the insert it becomes a 4" x 5.5". I made the pocket and punched the half circle out of the top. The bird is cut from sentimentals cartridge the sentiments are from the computer.

Hello sunshine card

This card may not look like it, but it is an A2 size card. I cut a half circle out in the center with an exacto knife and then folded it in half to get it this way. The sentiment is from the computer.

Sky card

An A2 size card all the sentiments are from the computer. The squares were cut from GBS, the curtain was then hand cut. The scalloped square and the sun were cut from AE. The small sentiment circle is a punch. This set of cards was from a class by Sue Neal, she is awesome and has the cutest ideas. You can order from her online.

Love you much card

This card was made with the Paisley cartridge page 39, it was one I was playing with for the MAG challenge. I cut it at 4.25", I welded the base together in my gypsy then cut all the other parts, the red top is popped up. The edges are inked. The flower is a punch I had the leaves were hand cut. The button and stamp are from SU.

MAG guest designer

I was so excited when the girls from MAG Challenge by the Page asked me to be a guest designer for them, truth be told I was also nervous! I was given the Paisley cartridge page 39 to use for my projects. I found this to be a little challenging (hence the word challenge!) the images just didn't seem that fun. Well here is what I came up with I hope you like them.

First project:

Box cut at 9.5” from wrap it up from craft card stock

Background from lacy labels from bo bunny

The pink heart is popped up and is textured with dots. I did some stitching around the box and the heart. The flowers have stickles in the center and the leaves were hand cut. I stuffed the box with crinkle paper and tied the bow with ribbon from Wal-Mart.

Second project:An A2 size card some of the papers are bo bunny I don’t know where the others are from. The mushroom was cut at 3”, the top layer was cut 2 times so it could be popped up. The yellow squiggle line has glossy accents on it. All the edges are inked with brown ink. The ribbon, stamp and punches are from stampin up.

Third project: I took the shadow of the mushroom (4.5”) and welded them together to make the card base. I then cut out the layers of the mushroom at the same size, I cut multiple layers ( the stem 2 times, the top 3 times) so I could pop them up. The bee was on the paper I punched around it and then stamped the sentiment and attached with a brad. The punches are from stampin up, the paper is Basic Grey.

4th of July card

This is the same card as below, I just added a button so it would quailify for the challenge at Whimisical Wednesday #12. I don't know why I could not get this picture any better I took a ton, and this was the best.
I cut this all out of the Independence Day cartridge. The flag was cut at 3.5" and the saying was cut at 3". The paper is all american crafts except for the speckled white, I don't know where that is from. The ribbon is from stampin up. This is for Cricut Cardz Challenge # 80.

Happy day card

This card was so easy to make, my favorite kind! The tree is cut from Just because cards, the hills were hand cut. The sentiment is from the computer and hand cut. The brown hill is pop dotted up then the green hill is double pop dotted up so is the top of the tree. The banner has a pop dot on the tail.

You're so sweet card

This card was so simple to make and quick too. I just cut strips of left over paper inked the edges and glued them down. I cut the strawberry out put glitter on it and popped it up. The sentiment is from the computer. I'm going to enter this in Monday challenge #13 at My Craft Spot.

Life without love card

This is an A2 size pocket card made with the preserves cartridge. The edges are all inked and glitter added to the flower. The apple is popped up and so is the flower, the sentiment is printed from the computer.

Your Kindness card

This card was made with the preserves cartridge the sentiment was computer generated. It has glitter around the edge of the heart and all the edges are inked.

Out on a limb card

This is an A2 size card the cherries and branch are cut from the Preserves cartridge the saying was printed from the computer and I can't remember where the paper is from. The cherries have glitter on them.

Father's Day Card

I made this for my Hubby for father's day, he loves to fish and be in the mountains. I sized this at 4" and welded two shadows together for the card base, all the layers are cut at 4". The deer is cut at 2.5". The trees are popped up and the deer is also, all the papers are bo bunny and I put stickles on the mountain tops and the side of the river. I'm going to enter this in the Monday challenge 12 at My craft spot.

Flower Card

The base of this card was cut from Birthday bash at 5" on the card feature the layer was cut at 4.5". The flower was cut at 3" from Cherry limeade and stickles added to the orange center. The corduroy button is from stampin up. I am entering this at My creative Time challenge 196.

Howdy card

I made this card for the M.A.G. challenge #30 here. It was to use the smiley card cartridge page 54. I did this in my gypsy the horse shoe is 4" and the hat 3" I welded them together and then I took a rectangle from George and basic shapes rotated it and welded it in between the two hat pieces to get one solid piece. The stamp is from stampin up and I punched it out with a star punch and popped it up. Tied some twine on to look like a rope and there you have it.

Catch a Wave layout

This is a 12x12 2 page layout kit from Monique again, I love these because all the paper comes with it and you don't have to spend time picking out the papers. They are easy to follow and put together. Go here for more info.

Friend Card

A dear friend in Tennessee (Hi Valeri!) taught me how to stamp and she taught me this great technique, I love how it looks. It is hard to see the little white spots clearly on this, but they were made by dipping the rubber stamp in a little bit of bleach and then stamping it on the paper. It gives it a soft old look. The paper and stamps are stampin up the ribbon is just some I had. The flowers were colored in with pencils. The edges were roughed up and inked.

Monthly Card Holder

This is a monthly card holder I made at my local craft store, they had a cricut swarm and this is what we made. It is made with 12x12 sheets of card stock scored at 6" and then turned and scored at 4", fold it in half then fold up the 4" side to make the pocket. I then added the paper to the top part of the page, mounted the month on card stock and then mounted it to the bottom of the page, rounded the outer edges with a chomper. I am not sure what the cartridge was for the font they had them pre-cut, covered the chipboard glued down the letters punched the holes and put in the wire. Tied on the ribbon and that was it. They had the printed months for us but said you could find them on line.

All occasion card

All the products on this card are from stampin up. It is an A2 size black base, the yellow was run through the cuttlebug with a stampin up folder.

Get well soon card

A2 size card made with all stampin up products the button is corduroy.

Beach layout

This is another 12x12 2 page layout cut from Life is a beach cartridge. It is a kit I got from Monique again you can buy just the instructions or the the whole kit with the papers and ribbon included.

Worm card

I made this card for my grandson for his birthday, he loved it. It is an A2 size I cut a circle with a smaller circle inside for the rim of the magnifying glass and put a piece of acetate for the glass, the white square is not popped up it just looks it because of the worms eyes. The ribbon is from Joann's and the stamps and paper are from Stampin up.

Birthday card

This is an A2 size card made with birthday bash the birds and banner cut at 2.25 and celebrations the cake cut at 2.5. The paper is bo bunny and DCWV celebrations stack. This is for getting cricky challenge and BBTB2.

Note tag

This tag was cut from gypsy wanderings at 4" with it's shadow. The sentiment was done on the computer and punched with stampin up punches. The crinkle ribbon is from My craft spot here. This is for the M.A.G. challenge here.

You quack me up card

This card was cut at 6" from Just because cards (all layers). The paper is just stuff I had in my scrap box. I inked the edges and put chalk on the ducks cheek. I am entering this in 3 different challenges. My craft spot, Cricut cards, Creative time for me.

Apple card

This card was super fast and easy to do. It is an A2 size the scallop edge is a stampin up punch. The little bag is from hobby lobby the ribbon is from Michael's the apple was cut at 2.5". I'm entering this in the Celebrate the Occasion school out challenge.

Rainy Day

This is a 12x12 2 page layout from Monique. She makes these available as kits or just the directions. They are very detailed and easy to follow. This was made from the simply charmed cartridge.

Baby card

A2 sized card made with stampin up products, I stamped the animals 2 times and then hand cut some of the pieces to add to make it more dimensional. The squares are stampin up punches.

Blank card

Another A2 sized card made with all stampin up products, I don't work for them I just love their products. I like to make some cards and leave them blank so they can be used for anything. When I'm ready to use it then I can stamp the sentiment.

Tuff Girl

This is a 12x12 2 page scrapbook kit from here. Monique gives you the papers and directions to make these or you can just buy the directions. They are easy to follow and turn out cute.

Happy Birthday

This is an A2 size card all the products used are stampin up, I love their products and use them a lot. The happy birthday was stamped with versamark and then heat embossed. This Happy birthday goes out to my daughter Alli, today is her birthday. She is a new mother and it has been so sweet to watch her with her little girl and to see her as a mother. She is also the one who set up my blog for me and taught me how to do it, she is just all around awesome!! I love you baby girl!!

This cute folder was from a class I took today from Sue Neal, she does a new class every month. She designs and cuts and prints everything and puts it in a kit. So awesome!!! She is so talented.
