It is this cute boys birthday today, he is now 5!! He is such a sweet fun little boy and so cute besides!
He was going to have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle party but then 2 of his friends did so he changed it to a water party. This is his first party with friends so he is super excited!
So I helped make the invitations. He delivered water balloons with the little splash that said their name and Pop Me! on it. So when they popped the balloon the invite was inside. We didn't photograph them before they were in the balloons so I took a photo of the silhouette screen.
I did print and cut and put all the info on the splash lines. We then laminated them rolled them up and put them in the water balloon. They turned out really cute.
Hint for this do it on printer paper not card stock much easier to roll and get in the balloons!!
Learned the hard way!

Time for another monthly challenge over at SVG Cutting Files and the challenge this month is so easy!!! It is "Your Choice" so you can make anything you want or need!
For my project I made a slider - shaker card combo. It is a shaker card with a fun fish that slides across the card. For this I used the Pam Tree and Waves Tube Holder file for the wave piece from SVG Cutting Files you can get it here. For the cute fish I used the cut file Sea Life you can get it here also from SVG Cutting Files.
I did another card similar to this one using cricut cuts you can see it here, so I wanted to do one with svg's. I will be posting a tutorial on how I did this soon so keep an eye out for it!

I made two projects for this the first is a cone shaped card from SVG Cutting Files you can get it here. The second one is a ice cream cone box also from SVG Cutting Files you can get it here. I embossed the cone pieces to look more...well like a cone. The faces were stamped with stamps from Peachy Keen.

So today is this crazy guys birthday. Happy birthday sweetie I love you!! I met him when I was 14 a freshmen in high school and that was it as they say, the rest is history! Now here we are 6 kids and 15 grandkids later and I still adore him! He is truly an amazing person and I am grateful everyday for him.
So this is one of the things I made him for his birthday it is a fishing hat treat box. Remember from this post I told you how much he loves fishing. I got this in the silhouette store. It was actually easier to make than I thought it would be.
This is the bottom and shows how the top stays on.
I am going to fill this with gummy worms I just didn't have them when I took the photos.
